When removing the 3 bolts on the PTO axle shaft and then removing the gears and chain case.. Will the axle fall out or Do I still have to remove the PTO bearing on the drive alxe as well before the axle will come out? I just don't want to fight with that bearing if it's rusted when it's still on the sled. If might be easier to remove the bearing from the shaft once it's out of the sled.

pull the bearing while the shaft is on the sled..pull the entire assembly on the pto side toward you(you might need to squeeze together and elevate the track so the driver dont fight the dogs in the track) this will give you enough space behind the bearing...remove the set screws(make sure you use the right size torx) then use a three jaw bearing puller and wala!

If you can't get the bearing off just grind the two rivets that hold the back plate behind the bearing. The driveshaft will come out with the bearing and you can put the bearing into a vise to get it off. It will make track swaps go much quicker in the future and I ran my RX-1 at 22lbs of boost for one season without those two rivets.

What's the correct torx? T15 or T20?

T-20 is the torx
