Just got home from a ride was checking things over noticed both track adjustment bolts feel loose I can wiggle them around a lot. I can't spin them by hand either way. The track also seems fine I wasn't ratcheting on the ride or anything. Going to attach a short video link to see if anyone else's is like this?

What sled is it? That's very loose to hang 1-1/4" below rail!
IMO, at the looses, it should be no more than 1/2". BTW - tighter is faster. Looser is slower.
It track is studded, it should not hang off slide rails at all.

2017 XTX 141 with a 1.6 Cobra studded. Coming from a nytro I always ran tracks loose, as I always heard run it as loose as to can before it ratchets. Must be different for this sled. So I should have no sag at all?

No, you're fine with that 1/2" as shown in linked video. But not 1-1/4".

After setting track tension you are supposed to TQ the axle bolts to 35 ft. lbs. Then tighten the adjusters to a certain inch lbs. Not sure what it is anymore. I turn them till the flat is either on the top or the side. In other words 1/12 of a turn. Easy to remember as there are 6 flats on a the bolt. Probably doesn't make sense to anyone but me, but if you torque them to spec it ends up being the same amount. If you don't torque them down they end up loosening and backing off just like that.

As for tension I run 1.25" at 20 lbs hanging on a studded 137" track. Any less and it will ratchet.

Thank you for the info, I'm going to have a look at it in the shop shortly

There we go I'm at 1/2 inch on each side. Just seems right to me but I'm paranoid I've burnt a set of brand new sliders off in about 5 km on a lake because I had the track too tight

Having a hell of a time trying to get the track aligned. I can get proper sag on both sides but the track won't sit centered. It's either closer to one side or the other. I've spent all afternoon farting around with this.

Also noticed these blocks that the adjusters are threaded into aren't sitting properly in the rail. The adjuster bolt has cut into the inside of the rail as it rubs against it.

Frustrated with this sidewinder I've had it 2 weeks and spent more time working on it than riding it.

Just took it for a ride down the lake checking the track multiple times. It definitely moves as you ride sometimes more to one side or the other. Now in the shop sitting on the ground I looks perfect. I am having a bit of "did I make a mistake buying a his thing" anxiety I think I should just ride it a bit.
