track tension bracket riots?

New to the site hope I posted this correctly... just curious if anybody knows what type of fasteners are used to secure the track tension brackets on a 08 yamaha nitro rtx? If so is there a special tool needed.... (managed to twist mine) They look like a pressed fit to me but definitely not a rivet. Thanks

The fasteners are Item # 4 on the attached exploded view drawing.

Also, ... You can get all the exploded view drawings by Clicking Here. Then click on "Proceed to Parts Catalog" and then select your sled using the drop-downs.
