Finally my 2009 XTX pulls like my old Apex did, and better! I've got over 1,600 miles on it so far since adding the supercharger, all on Tug Hill, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Zero issues after initial setup - seriously, as trailable as stock and she really screams when you want it. Here's a video of me racing my buddy on his 2012 800 E-Tec MXZ-X. Of course, after the 1st pass he was whining that he couldn't hook up even though we were the 1st sleds running on a trail that was groomed the night before! So we ran a second time - you be the judge! The XTX hooks up so well it looks like I'm jumping the start bad, but if you look close you see that I wait 'til he moves before I take off, and then I just run away from him on only 4.5 pounds and pump gas.

I bet he is a happy man after getting beat that bad.... Are you sure he knew he was in a race?
Anybody else seeing results like that with this setup? If its that good I just may sneak that under my hood and surprise the boys.... Lol

Awesome video!
You say zero issues after initial set up, how hard was initial set up?

really easy - the only issue was we relocated the breather to a better position and added a K&S filter. Locating it where recommended allowed some minor oil leakage, but after the relocate I've had no issues all season.

LOL - "Dream Meter" is right. I use my Garmin for judging speed - more reliable than the speedometer. So far I've only had it to 107 mph on the GPS (112 on the speedo), but that was with a bad front bearing that has since been replaced and with conditions that were not ideal (drifts, etc). There's still some left even at just the 4.5 pounds - and still way faster than stock! The XTX used to top out at about 90 or so because of the longer track. Don't really want to add more pressure because I love the trailability as it is and I want to run pump gas only.

I have an 09 XTX (in classifieds - thinking of building another Nytro with a big turbo!) with a Stage I MPI blower...and I too have had similiar results. I have run against stock Nytro's, Attaks and Attaks with NOS. The attak with NOS is the best race, however when my intercooler is cold it really is not a race. I have had zero issues as well and the sled flat our rocks!

only 107mph??? you would think it would be faster than that....I always thought the XTX were faster than the short tracks, due to the steep track angle.....
