Just wondering what I should do for weight transfer adjustment. I have a 2010 XTX with the Ripjunk. I am going to the mountains this weekend and thinking I should have more transfer.

Also on my last ride on the lake, I found that when crossing another track, the front of the sled would really tip side to side. My Attak never did this. Is this too much ski pressure?

Your owner's manual will best explain on how to make adjustments to your transfer rods, just set them the same.

Regarding your side to side tipping, are you describing ski darting? Bouncing? Or does the sled actually lean/wobble like a high center of gravity? It could mean you have the ski shocks or rear suspension center shock set too high, or maybe it's the compression/rebound adjustments that need tweaking. Don't be afraid to try making adjustments, just remember the settings (write them down) beforehand, so if need be, you can go back to what it was.

Have a look at the chart in this thread for suspension adjustments and their effect on ride characteristics.
