What sucks-Woody's Dooly carbides. I put a set on (2), and the sled would not turn on groomed trail. The single bars are WAY better! The sled did not dart, but the machine would not respond to steering input. I did not have darting issues to start with, so I should have stayed with a regular bar. I don't think there is enough penetration into the snow with the dual bar on the wide keel. Stay with the single bars, or only put on one dooly, and one single if your sled darts.

What works-the rest of the sled! The Vector easily out excellerated every 600, 700, and some 800's I ran! Not as good on top, but likely the finest trial sled on the snow!

Skid-I have mine at the factory setting and I bottomed out sometimes. I tried the anti-bottom stopper on the hard setting and got a lot of kick from the skid. I am going to thy the spring on the hardest setting, with the anti-bottomer on the soft setting. I also brought the limiter strap down 1 hole. We will see how that does and I will see how that does.

I run the dooly bars on my viper and they work great! you may of just needed some more ski presure or a little less transfer.my buddy runs them on his rx-1 as well and he likes them too. Sorry to here about your experience with them.

The dooly's just dont bite well in the corners. I put a set of slp shaper bars with 6" carbides on and its been great in all conditions but pure ice on the lake or a road. Only some darting when on the brakes. I think I paid about $60 for the shaper bars.
