Tried the obvious still only goes 50 no power *solved*

will it hurt it to take the muffler off and run it. Plugs looked really good, I have never touched the throttle before the light went out.

Go in to diagnostic mode and check the throttle position , should be 10 to 15 no throttle applied and 90 to 95 full throttle . Did mine tonight , 16 no throttle and 96 with full throttle .

Hey thanks for the great ideas my exhaust was plugged runs great now what are those exhaust plugs called thanks again

How do i do the diagnostic mode to check throttle position i know about grounding the wire under the battery and how to get in to diagnostic mode but dont know what the other stuff means

When you store it next time you could use moth balls around the sled. Mice hate them for some reason.

Just hold select and reset and turn the key , but dont turn it on , just enough to power the gauge , keep holding the select and reset for like 10 seconds unitll diag shows on the screen , take your fingers off the two buttons , then hold them again for 3 seconds , then the first one that shows is the throttle position i think , then hit the throttle a little bit to see if the little number increases . That should be it . any problems just ask.

^^^lol, mine would never run again if i messed with that! I'm not very good at all with computors unfortunately.
