Trouble code PO118

Has anyone had this happen. We to start the 7000 yesterday and the rad fan can on at the same I was waiting for the fuel pump to come off before starting. Fan wouldn't shut off. Started the sled ran like crap and temp gage was reading 219 degree's Celsius. And this was at minus 10 Celsius cold engine. The code was PO118.

ya u disconected the sensor. u probably took the can off. 2 post here on that already.

Is it near the O2 censor connection?
