Trying to Call Yamaha

I have been trying to call Yamaha to see if I can get help on repairing the motor on my Nytro, but its busy all day long, they must take the phone off the hook in morning and leave it off until they leave in the evening. Anyone have any suggestions or a good number to call?

I just call them today about a part they pick up the phone in less then two rings.

I finnd yamaha great to deal with through e mail as a last resort...
