Currently running the tuner skis with the 6" square on the inside of each ski, and a 2" round on the outsides.
Does anyone know what steering effect it will have if I switch the carbides so the square is on the outside and the round on the inside of ski?
Reason is, the rounds are wore about 50% and starting to wear the ski plastic, the squares are like new, so I figure I can switch them to get by this year.

You'll lose a lot of steering and understeer in the corners. In a turn the outside ski has the most pressure on it and as it tilts (due to spindle angle) there is less contact on the outside of the ski. That's why Yamaha has the most aggressive carbide on the inside of each ski.
Just buy a replacement set, cheap as hell compared to other brands.

Don't switch. The rounds wear fast, buy the square for the next set.
