Here are a few pictures of how we extended the tunnel on my 07 fx ... the rear grab bar is a little worthless now, plan to change that up soon.
Skins makes a sweet bumper ... just not sure how much longer it is vs. stock.

I was told from Tom Hartman that there was no need to extend the tunnel when going with a 136 extension.

We initiatlly did not plan on extending ... but after getting the track back in it was hitting the snowflap when compressed.

I would like to know how to do it with out extending the tunnel ... we had to do it. There was no way around extending the tunnel that we could see.

There are a few others on here that also extended their tunnel when going 136

I suppose you could ride it with out extending, but your flap would end up hooked on your track.

I definetly needed som modification/extension. Could have something to do with my larger rear wheels of course.
Track still touches rear of tunnel in extreme bumps if riding 2up.

This is no go:

Ready to weld modified extended rear bumper grab bar. It was just too short with the 136" track.
Still winter over here.
