Tunnel heat exchanger installed

ya thanks the cooler alone is more than the kit...lol

what does/did it do for the tunnel icing?

It helped a little but not enough so I added a plate to the bottom of the tunnel protectors. With the two I only get a small amount of ice in the rear of the tunnel but it tends to fall off on it's own. The addition of the exchanger was to help keep the engine running cooler which it definitely has done.

SJ, my ice build up seems to mostly be around the rear only on the XTX.
MP has this rear cooler unit. I've not yet looked into it for size vs fit. But my plan is to find out if this is still available.

Has anyone noticed a drop in mpg with the MTX cooler added? My mpg is down a lot this year and I am just wondering if the engine temp being cooler has anything to do with the poor mpg?
