I just finished putting a new bigger turbo and pcv with the ignition module and auto tune on my apex and changed the plugs when I started it everything was fine I was just letting it idle then it started to run rough and stalled then it wouldn't start again for a while when I got it to start again I ran it at 3000-4000 rpm to try to keep it running then it stalled again now it doesn't want to start it will fire a little bit but won't start I was wondering if any of you have a idea of what's wrong with it no codes are coming up on the dash? Any help is appreciated thanks sean

Check the ground wire of pcv and ignition module were you spliced it in your wiring.

Who gave you the tune? Do you have an afr gauge?

I did check the ground of the pcv and ignition module . I got the tune from ulmer and no air fuel gauge. I'm going to get the dash for the pcv I just haven't ordered it yet

I would wait to order dash unless they fixed problems with it. Are the plugs soaked? Might be getting to much or not enough fuel. Fuel pump working? The tune might not be setup correctly. I have that done before. Ignition module could be setup wrong. It sounds like fuel problem as it started fine at first install and ran out of fuel.

Probably running Rich at idle and you fouled the plugs.

I had received a tune once and it was dumping so much fuel it was running out the exhaust. They had forgot to adjust some settings. It even vapor locked a couple of times it had so much fuel in the cylinders.

It was a ground I missed when putting the sled togeather thanks for your help. I got the sled running today and decided to take it for a little ride everything was good the first time rode it for maybe 2 min then let it cool for 10 min or so then took it for a couple of rips getting on it hard this time about 2 min into it I looked down and the sled was on fire!! Good thing some friends of mine were their and put out the fire with a fire exstinguisher. The sled is ok as far as I can tell only melted my boost gauge hose and the wires to light up the boost gauge. The turbo setup is a front mount alpine and I wrapped the header with header wrap and I installed a turbo blanket tring to keep the heat down it also has a shroud on the back of the turbo and side to keep heat away for the fuel tank and plastic. When I started to take the sled apart to investigate why it caught on fire I could not find the cause it looked like it came from the header area low like the header wrap caught on fire but the wrap is not charred it has me puzzled maybe oil leaked leaked onto the header some how? I'm not shure yet. Has anyone else seen or heard of anything like this?

Ground
I always check the ground wires when something misfire or looks like a fuel problems. Sometimes it really is a fuel or ignition problem. But in my experience with my sled if everything was working before I started the job and not after the job 8 out of 10 its a ground wire that is corroded or I did not connect right. Glad you found the problem.

Where exactly did the fire occure?
Did you smell gasoline prior to the fire?

The fire was in the header area I didn't smell any fuel. I was looking into how and why the fire started today the fuel tank had a vary big hand size hole in the front! that the previous owner tryed to seal and covered over it with jb Weld and a heat shield! I had seen the heat shield and I didn't think anything was out of the normal being a front mount turbo setup until I pluged the fuel outlet's and rolled the tank around and surprise surprise fuel was leaking from behind the heat shield! When I pulled the heat shield cover off their was a 2 inch hole!! I'm just lucky it didn't burn to the ground.

Wow what a bummer, not a good feeling finding that major fault to Your fuel tank.
Hope you can get it fixed, it's not safe running a defective fuel tank.
