I was running a bender stage II turbo on my apex last year.
I still have my low/high boost ramps!
But this is good only if you run a 4 ramp microbelmont clutch.
If not, I would suggest you get some supertips or heavy hitters adjustable ramps first.

I use HH's on my stage 2 bender. I have an 04 RX-1 with the mav track so it should be somewhat close to what you need. My HH's are 48 gms empty. I loaded them as such:
heal - empty
mid - large bolt w/1 thick and 2 thin washers
tip - large bolt w/3 or 4 thin washers.
This should get you started if you plan on running HH's.

Stock gears.
Silver 2nd at 70 degrees.
stock primary
14.5mm rollers.
progressive Shockwave Helix so I don't know the exact angle but can adjust to meet my needs.
