I must say I'm super impressed with turbo dynamics power trail CAI tune. It's been -30c up north this week and it's been flawless. I had some issues with clutching that knapp attack helped me out with and today I tried my best to pop a belt but things are good again. I had thunder products secondary spring wrapped at 60 degrees and blew my first 2 belts ever after 2000 miles trouble free last year. Wrapped it at 50 degrees and problem solved. Cool clutches and no issues holding it wide open at -30c. (Spoke too soon, popped another belt the next day). Easily lifts the skis whenever needed. Can't wait for the knock and max spool 17. Good job Ben!

Is Hurricane the only one to have released the knock function?

Maybe it's min the manual, but I think 70 is 6 and 1, 60 is 3 and 3 - what is 50?

I have the same setup and even though I only have 150 miles so far the thing is a beast and just pulls and pulls and pulls hard. I'm still adjusting my clutching some I have the TP orange set at 60 on the TP 33/35 helix. I blew my first belt and some glad I installed the belly pan protector. Now up until this point I had about 1400 miles on the belt with no issues stock with running stage 1 Ulmers clutching and stock secondary. I will say my clutches were warm when I blew the belt not hot at all. Was planning to ride and test more this weekend but mother nature really hit us with warm temps 50s and a ton of rain and fog. So I'm gonna give it a week snow in forecast mid week and run it next weekend. For now I'll leave it at 60 degrees and may in the future try out a dalton secondary spring. I have a white Yamaha that I may try too. Haven't heard of anyone trying that secondary spring yet. But so far I'm very happy with my tune CAI and really like the sound of TDs super quiet exhaust.

I have 3000 miles on mine and it’s been flawless. Very strong for trail sled. Max 17 is next.

What is your full clutch setup ? I'm running the TD Powertrail and Daltin weights. It's a beast but I can't lift skis? What's your top end speed?

max 17 on the lake today with race pipe and transfer rod and block out...ran thunder orange at 6-1 and the upshift was insane...very fast...incredible pull

Do you have 8.5 rear wheels out back steve,if you have rod completely out,you may tear up wheels from torque arm,it did it on mine when we were on our lake racing, just be careful, that was with me on it,at 240 lbs.

Thanks Pete.... At 185.... It barely squatted lol
Awsome,it must be right at the end,so add another 50 lbs and you get beat up.
