Turbo header glowing when...

Would it be a good idea to remove my stock exhaust holes cap off to let some snow on the header??????

No - that's a very BAD idea. You want to retain as much heat as possible in the header pipe - heat is the energy that spins the turbine. A lot of people have their pipes coated for this reason. Also the cold snow will quickly crack or warp the header pipe. On the dyno you will see the header glow bright orange - rather impressive to watch.

By the way, that cap for the exhaust holes I made it myself, it did not came with turbo kit, that is why I asked.
