Sled - Turbo RX1 2004 - Alpine Front Mount - Seem to be having a problem with not getting fuel at full throttle or after pulling hard for about 10-12secs. I have heard there was a float bowl update because they were defueling but not sure what to look for?? Any help would be good. Made a climb this weekend that really needed full throttle and sled died mid climb with icy wind blown top (terror level @ code brown)
Help! Air /Fuel ratio @ 11.5-12.1 50% + C12 and Boost set to 14 lbs- belt not slipping just no fuel

I am wondering, but how is your fuel filter?Almost sounds like it's partially plugged. How is your fuel regulator pressure, check that it's set correct as well. Not sure if your sled was running fine before, or is this a new setup, new sled to you?????

Hey...any luck on finding what the problem is? I have a Boondocker side mount and it sounds like we're having the same problem. It's been like pulling teeth to get any support from Boondocker. I'm heading out on Saturday to do a bit more testing...hopefully it will work better.

how did you make out ? my sled is doing the exact same, i have the updated float bowls. 10 secounds into full pull and sled is starving at wot. air/fuel flashing lean. had carbs just tuned and synched at yamaha.in tank filter new. i checked fuel pressure at fuel regulater and getting no reading on gauge. thinking mr reg is the culprit. should be 4.5 -5 psi at idle.

925 rotax- mines doing the same. Did a few adjustments today and revved up on the stand and things seem to be better. At 2000 rpm blow off valve should be blowing off and at rev up it should close. Had 125 mains which might have made it a bit on the lean side so changed to 127.5 mains. Also had 17.5 pilots and changed that to 22.5. Changed the pilot screw one turn out to 1.5 to make richer. Float bowls set at 12.5 mm. I have 5 pounds of fuel pressure at the regulator with just the key on. Installed a temp fuel pressure gauge for test when sled is running and it looked to be around 2 pounds at idle. Heading out tomorrow and will give an update.

Couldn't climb a hill today due to some nasty freezing rain and vision was poor but was able to make things work going down the road at full throttle for as long as possible. Before my sled would even die after chopping off the throttle just going down the road and today it worked perfectly. This was the first ride that the blow off valve was actually working at idle also. 14 pounds of boost with air fuel at 11.5 and one thing I found yesterday was that the two screws that hold the throttle positioning sensor (where you adjust the idle) was loose. Fixed that and so far things are working good. I've also got 2 1/2 pounds of fuel pressure at idle. Weather will be better tomorrow and will get it on the hill and hopefully she'll climb without a hiccup.
