With my shock wire now fixed ( what a PITA ). My wire tore out of the OEM connector on the shock side. I had plenty of tag end to re-solder, shrink tube and re-connect. That fix came out perfect.
Q1 - Can I remove the harness and pre-wire tie the cables to the shock head on the bench? This would allow me to make a perfect wire tie loom all around the head of the shock. I can then feed the harness back through and wire tie the harness to the skid. Trying to wire-tie the entire assy. in the skid is not too easy to make it perfect.
Q2 - Is there a diagram on this site of what the "new" zippy tie locations should be. Or, do I just zippy tie the hell out of it.
Thanks, Doug

Q1 yes, that is what i did with mine, the other end of the wire connects up by the reverse lever.

Thanks, that is great info. I was wondering if I could remove that rubber cover from the connectors and it looks like it's recommended in the new diagram. Doug
