Hoping someone can help me out. I purchased a used ulmer clutch kit for my rtx viper. I am hoping that someone can tell me how their weights are set-up. I have an osp can on the sled and the track is picked down the middle.

It's probably best you call Ulmer directly. There are a hundred different configurations to set the weights up specific to your weight, riding style, performance add ons etc. etc. etc. I gave him my specifics and he sent them already set up to what he thought would work for me. I haven't tried it yet but will probably take some tweaking once I first ride it.

I've left him two messages but haven't heard back from him so I thought I would see what other guys have gotten from him.

Give Allen a bit to get back with you as he also helps out at harvest time on the family farm. He will get back with you and also you can try sending him an email. I have his kit on my LTX, you will be happy. Do the airbox mod or buy his as it is a great combo with a can.

He contacted me today. He is a great guy to deal with. He was very helpful with setting mine up and I also had him do my secondary and I should have that back Saturday. Can't wait to get this thing out on the trails and see how it does.

I set mine up with Toe = 4&4 washers; mid = 0&0; Tip = 4 & (1) tungsten insert. Wow does this thing pull hard from stand still through mid range. I did change gears from the RTX stock 24/50 gears to the XTX 21/41 gears.
