Ulmer Racing @ Novi Snow Show in Novi, MI!

I left for Novi, MI this morning @ 5 AM and am now back at the shop where I started at 5 AM, not good! I lost a wheel bearing/hub/spindle in Worthington MN at 7 AM they waited until 2 PM to tell me that they can't do any machining/welding so here I am back at the shop fixing the axle while the trailer is in Worthington MN. Almost done then back to Worthington MN to put the axle back in the trailer and leaving AGAIN for Novi MI! This is turning out to be one heck of a trip!

I'm lucky I snagged 2 new trailer tires at the Milwaukee show. I swapped em out a few minutes ago and one was worn bad. I would have definitely been on the side of the road as well.

oh...and I almost forgot...for those interested...I'll have the HID kit I'm working on installed on the SledStart demo sled at Novi. I have the new thin ballasts on it as well. Stop by the Ulmer booth if your there to check them out! The Demo sled will be set up outside by the main entrance. (at least that's what I am hoping for as they let us park it on the sidewalk right out front in Milwaukee)

Ulmers booth number is 314.

Thanks a ton for letting us share the booth out at Novi. Had a great time there and it was great to finally meet you. Also...thanks for hooking me up on the goodies for my Apex. Cant wait to get it all installed.

You have some nice stuff and that Nytro turbo is REALLY a nice set up. Kudos on the design of that whole deal. What a slick set up that is!

Hope we can hook up this winter and you can make it to a TY ride this year.
Keep us posted! Also let us know on the Black Hills deal we talked about. I would be up for that!!!!

Hope your drive back was uneventful unlike your drive there!

Anyone from Ulmer going to the Green Bay show this weekend? I realize it is a long ways away but just curious to know if it would be worth going to the show?

Well the drive back was pretty uneventful, but long. It was great meeting everyone from TY that I hadn't met before and it was great meeting the Sled Start, Lake Effect, Yamaheater gang again (I did get to meet them at Hay Days, but never got a chance to really talk with them, all VERY good guys! I was a little worried on the way home when I was just outside of Novi on I-94 and I went a total of 8 miles in an hour! I'll stick with my location in South Dakota!

It would be great to attend the Green Bay show, but unfortunately there will not be anyone there from Ulmer Racing. My 5 year old son has a birthday party on Friday night that I better not miss!
