I have been doing a lot of reading and have come across many different answers. I have an under tunnel exhaust and am in the middle of changing out my track for the 1.75 Back Country, so my question is does anybody have an under tunnel exhaust with a 1.75 back country track?

Can you post some pics showing clearance at the rear near snow flap. My exhaust currently hangs about 1/2 inch below the tunnel protectors at the very rear of my sled(tunnel protectors have since been removed) Will the track touch the exhaust if I don't move it?

I am interested in the answer to this as well.

Which under tunnel exhaust do you have??

Check the mountain side. I am sure you will find a ton of guys over there with under tunnel exhausts and 1.75in+lugged tracks
The thing is the MTX has more room in the tunnel because of the size of the drop brackets. Thanks though, I'll have to keep looking.

Here are some pics of mine with a 4" ss Supertrapp.
Just to clarify, I bought the can used and it came pre dented and heated. I did put 12 baffles inside and think it sounds great, power is same as stock and took away the hesitation I had with the Cherry bomb that came on it.

I'm going to give the skinz one a shot. Don't think there will be a clearance issue. looks like a snug fit. Anyone looking for a used skinz ultraQ?

Thanks for the pics! Have you ridden it yet with the under tunnel exhaust and the BC? Any clearance issues?

Thanks again.

I need to find a quieter muffler for an under tunnel , I am sick of the growl of the MBRP on the trail with the excell header, and i am not gonna take off the header, whats the quietest under tunnel i could run with the 1.75? I can make my own mounts some how.

Have you heard from anyone, does the skinz actually work?? I was thinking of doing the same thing as you, the ics build up is a problem for me.

funny thing

i have the tachcardia, and mine doesnt go as far towards the flap as that supertrap one.
but heres the deal:
on my first test ride, i pulled back inside and notice the outlet(slight 45 sweep) had a dent on the rear of it. figured a rock or something hit it. i have since fixed the dent, and it has again reappeared. not quite sure how a rubber lug is bending something i have a hard time straightening with vice grips. also appears to be slight rub marks on it i think. this is behind the drop bracket. wondering if jumping or braking is allowing the track to kick up and hit it?
i can fully compress suspension and it doesnt come close. really bewildered whats going on. its kinda hampering my desire to put studs on the sled.
also my exhaust hangs like a inch below tunnel protectors.

Well I was out riding this weekend and everything seems fine. I will keep a close eye on things but I don't think there will be any issues with the track contacting the exhaust. Now to see if i can get my MBRP under there!

Well I was out last night and the trails were pretty rough in some sections, when I got home I checked my exhaust and I have rub marks from the track. Anything I can do to adjust suspension so it doesn't bottom so easy without ruining the ride? I have my torsion springs set to soft and have my transfer rods set to near max. If I stiffen up my springs and reduce transfer will it help stop the rubbing? What about the clicker on the rear shock, I haven't touched that yet?

I know this is is changing the topic, but whats the biggest lug track you can put on a Nytro FX without having to remove anything.

I put my rear springs on the hard setting and tried it yesterday and the trails were pretty rough, didn't bottom at all! I think I have it were I want it, actually rides better than I thought it would.
