I have been trying for the last week or so to order the linkage kit, pull rods, adjusters and have my shocks revalved/rebuilt for my Apex XTX . I have called and left messages, called and Robert was out and the guy told me that he would call me back, and sent email. Not sure what is going on, or is this the norm for those of you that have delt with them? If anyone has an inside track to get ahold of them, please let me know. I would like to complete this project before the corn and soybean harvest starts this fall. I won't have anytime after that and before the snow flies. Thank You in advance!

Boy I was just thinking of doing the same. Sorry to hear of slow response. Lets hope just on summer vacation- likely as I spoke to Them in spring and was pleasantly surprised with knowledge and treatment.
I will be watching and plan to order my self.

Star Suspension is a small family run operation. Robert is great to deal with. I'm sure he was away on vacation with his family or at a moto-cross event. They do alot of suspension work on dirt bikes and are very busy in summer as in winter.

Don't give up.

Robert got back to me today. He has been busy and has had a man on vacation. I completely understand and am sending my shocks off soon. He is a pleasure to talk to and he explained everything that needs to be done. Also said turn-around on the shocks would be about 10 days! That is incredible! Thanks "ICEMAN" for the help!

I had them do both my skid shocks including shortening the centre shock and purchased their XTX linkage kit and put everything in my 2013 XTX at the start of last season.

STAR were very good to deal with, both Robert and the other fella were quick to reply to email and phone inquiries and the turn around time on my shocks was a week!!

Very happy with them. Only rode my sled 800km last season..:( .....but it worked very well.
Money well spent.
