They are parts # 38 & 42 on the ski segment one is left hand and one is right hand thread
The lower is not a rod end that is a ball joint that seats in the lower A arm
In the diagram it says LH and RH, has nothing to do with the threads. And if you look up the part numbers, they are the same for both sides.
I remember Chris using Heim or 'Rose" joints on his custom a-arms

Would probably require modding the OEM a-arms to make these fit. I think if you keep the OEM's lubed, they'll last a while. I'm also going to experiment with a rubber Heim joint cover to try and keep water out and grease in.
