just wanna know if many had problem with heads valve??

we have 2 apex here wih yamcharger who got low compression ...

Are you sure your compression tester is working good, to have two yamacharger apexes with the same problem, maybe you should try a leak down test just to be sure. If you do have that problem on both check to see if there is broken plastic on your charger.

one of the apex Is at the dealer to get check they said the problem is related with the valve...we check the other apex and we do have the same trouble on the same cylinder ...seem like we have to remove both heads .........does they have problem with yamcharger to broke and get suck into the intake

Yes it has happen to some, the plastic cover mesh over the impeller break off and enter the motor which will cause valve trouble or damage, I think there was a upgrade kit from G-Force that solved this problem. I to have the yamacharger and noticed the plastic cover is cracked, G-Force dont want to replace it at no charge, this part is not cheap to buy very fustrating, keep in touch of whats the cause i want to see if i could of have this problem also.

will take a look at it ...must be some plastic stock in the valve seat ...ill let u know ...........

Just wandering how were the sleds running before it happend and after it happend, what was the differance in the motor at idle or while using it so I could compare mine, I have a rough idle on mine thats not normal.

There was a change up on the early yamacharger impeller housing covers. The original ones had too thin of grates and were breaking. Check the cover to see if any of the plastic dividers look to be missing.

both are number 1 cyl .....first sled 40psi and the other got 80 psi ..something is leaking ...they will take off the head tomorrow so I will get more news about It

Look at this....the yamcharger intake takes is air next to the disk brake....dust brake is going into the intake and in the motor....very good!!!!......??????
It's rough for the cylinders and rings

I personaly dont think that the brake dust would cause any problems, how often do you use your brakes anyway with the amount of engine braking there is on those apexes. When ever I take off the intake it is clean as a whisle, just my opinion.
