Vector rider position

I am interested in buying a Apex for my wife but now am thinking maybe a Vector. The rider position on the Apex in my mind is nicer and wondering if a seat change makes them the same. It looks like alot of talk about changing seats here. Comments please

a seat change and a riser would make it nytro like, not quite apex, but close.... i am trying to do that for my wifes vector. still looking for a black/blue nytro or apex seat to make the change.

I would agree with onlyblue. During the test rides in Muni, I thought that a Vector GT(with Mono suspension) with the Nytro seat and bar risers would make an excellent trail sled. Of course, you could put the same on the Rage, or mount a mono under the Nytro.
Where I ride mostly, the Mono works great 98% of the time, except for the big g-outs.

I read a article on the Vector GT, not quite a Nytro but good reviews. Has anyone ridden one, I really love my Apex but think it may be a bit much for my wife. She has ridden mine but Vector would probably be fine. Trouble is I love to switch and I ride hers now and then, sorry a REV. Thats why its going.
