very strange noise

this weekend i got a little lake action in and from stop when i oopened it wide open i got this loud fast thumping sound before the track would start moving actually it happens whenever i open the throttle fast. what is this cause its def not cool and is killing me whenever i wanna take off quick

Just a guess but it reads like your track is ratcheting. Tighten up your track evenly and try it again.

Definitely track ratcheting. If the track is already tight, then you should inspect the suspension for bent/broken/worn parts.

Also check your chain tension. If its loose, it can jump the teeth and make a horrible racket on hard accel. I've never had mine ratchet in anything other than powder, so if you are on hard pack, it'd check your chain
