In the service manual for the viper it says to bleed the coolant through the bleed screw.... I can't find a bleed screw anywhere??

Hmmmm, I looked thru the microfiche and don't see a bleed screw.

Worked on a few Vipers now and just fill with coolant, everything worked good.

Just make sure to heat cycle a few times before you lean on it hard, needs to cycle the air out.

Ya I couldn't find one.....I have all the air out I'm confident in that but when I stop for a few minutes and restart its hot, real hot. I'll have to check the coolant strength I guess don't know what else it could be

Hmmmm, watch your temp numbers. Fan should kick on mid 190's - 200's. If it's circulating....the fan will start to bring numbers down.

With the sled warm and the cap on (don't remove the cap when hot), pick up on the front right ski to get bubbles towards the cap.

What would be the exact numbers on real hot?

I've positioned the sled in multiple positions eliminating air..... It's fine when the sleds running all is normal, when shut off for a few minutes it starts to boil you can hear it, when started up I've seen 238 but they only stay high for a couple seconds until it circulateds fora couple seconds then it's all good

That sounds normal for temp to go up after shutdown. Keep an eye on it when you ride but I think it's good. You should hear and see it in the summer when it's 90* out running asphalt. If restarted soon after a run its hot for a couple second until it circulates then it's ok. Sounds ok to me. Just watch it.
