Will stock injectors out of a Viper fit or have any advantage in a Phazer? My Hurricane turbo came with bigger injectors so I have 3 stock injectors sitting around and thought about putting them in the supercharged phazer

Even if they fit very doughtful if they would make any difference. Injectors control the amount of fuel sprayed by the time they stay on. That part of the equation doesn't change. The injector could possibly spray more fuel if they have a higher rating (lbs) but introducing more fuel into the motor won't make more power. The motor would just run rich. Everything must work together, mode fuel requires more air so other modifications have to be made to see a benefit.

Correct but with the gems controller on the supercharger you could adjust that

The injectors for the Phazer and Nytro/Viper have the same part number (8GC-13761-00-00) so you should be able to interchange them, but that also means they likely have the same flow characteristics, so I'm not sure that there would be any advantage to doing the swap. Now if you were to obtain another set of the injectors you received from Hurricane, then there may be something to gain in tuning with them in the Phazer, but only if the stock Phazer injectors were not able to keep up.
I'm not sure what horsepower level a Nytro/Viper turbo or supercharger kit would start adding an additional injector or higher-flow main injectors, but for the sake of the conversation, let's just say you can run up to 240hp. Divide that by three (the number of cylinders on the Nytro/Viper engines) and you get 80, so in theory 80hp per injector/cylinder would be the max they could support. Translated to the 2-cylinder Phazer, this would imply they could support 160 horsepower, which has been done. Keep in mind, these are hypothetical numbers and there are still a lot of variables that could influence the actual flow/maximum 'power' an injector could support, such as duty cycle, fuel pressure, fuel pump, etc.

Yeah, I was rather surprised when I found out they were the same as well. I would have thought the Apex and Phazer would share the same injectors, and maybe the Nytro/Viper would be something different, but apparently not. While researching injectors a while back, I saw some for the Nytro with a larger capacity (though I don't remember what size that amount was) while looking around on ebay. When I went to the page, the application chart mentioned that the injectors were compatible with a Subaru BRZ and one other vehicle which I cannot remember at the moment. After reading the "Turbo/Supercharged Phazer" thread recently, I started thinking about other Phazer fuel system components and decided to do some research. I don't actually have a need for them at this time (just curious) and therefore did not attempt to confirm if they actually are the same as (or at least interchangeable with) some passenger cars. The Phazer and Subaru BRZ injectors LOOK very similar, but I have no way to confirm that they're actually compatible. I just think it would be nice to be able to tap into the automotive aftermarket for some parts that may actually be interchangeable, since few (if any) aftermarket snowmobile companies offer many 'upgrades' for turbo/supercharged Phazers.
If you have a PC it shows Duty cycle. If around 80% you would benefit from bigger injectors and a tune.
