2017 Yamaha Sidewinder BTX LE
2016 Viper MTX with McXpress 270hp kit.
Im loosing boost pressure, gone from 15psi and down to about 10psi. Checked the clamps ans silicone hoses between the IC and throttle bodies and it looks fine, cant see any signs of leaking from the hose into the IC either.
Changed the silicon hoses to new longer ones, and new and better clamps. Secured the intercooler to the frame with clamps.
Worked well and charged 15psi for about 150km then i started to loose pressure again. Goes down to 10psi again.
Any tips where to look next? Or any other ways to check if the leak is from between IC and throttle bodies?

Check for exhaust leaks these sleds are famous for cracked headers.

Ditto, cracked header
My nytro was doing the same thing earlier this year. And 2 of my buddies with turbo vipers both cracked the headers this year with the same symptoms.
Just an fyi, my brother got his header replaced under warranty even with the non yamaha approved turbo kit.

Thanks.
But wouldnt the problem be consistent? When i remove the intercooler and silicone hoses, and re fit them again. It works good and makes 15psi for 40-70km before it looses boost again?

Crack may open up once it gets saturated with heat. Explains why you get some time. Try running it till it drops boost then let it cool right down (open the panels) if it does the same you know your dropping your boost. If you don't here any whistle or air escaping it's likely the exhaust side.
