Hi. I bought my first four stroke this winter, and have barely used until now.
When I give it full throttle it revs upp to 9100 and it's awesome but if I let go of the throttle for a moment and hit it again he barely revs over 8200.

stock on that sled is supposed to be 8750 rpm according to the tec pages unless you got it flashed to move the rev limiter up like some have done.

I would ya take out the green spring in the secondary and put on the cat epi purple. The green is way to stiff. And start there. And most folks are running a blue brown blue in primary. 47 helix is the go to for these sleds as well

Does softer secondary spring solve backshift issues.

I’m no clutching expert. I just try different thinks and go off what others tell me. Clutching is all about balance. Do some searching on here for viper setups.
