Thank you for that video...funny how loosely the word "quiet" is applied when naming a muffler...lol

I agree...looks like the stock muffler actually has the best sound and is the quietest.

Yes but will require you to waste an exhaust gasket every time you wish to check or adjust your chain.I agree...looks like the stock muffler actually has the best sound and is the quietest.

What Buddah said. They are like $20 or so and reusable forever.

Back up sled AC M7
Just 2 things I thought about while watching this vid and reading comments. 1st The concrete floor make the muffler sound a lot louder than it would on the snow. I know my sled sounds way louder sitting in my garage than it does out in the snow because the snow actually soaks up some of the noise. 2nd The mic on the camera is not able to pic up on the true tone of a given muffler so you can't honestly say this muffler or that one sounds best based solely on a video. I know the difference in decibels between mufflers probably won't change much but I would like to see this test done outside in the open air on top of loose snow. Just my opinion

All valid points but the fact remains that the numbers on the decibel meter are based on the same criteria with the only change being the muffler. Same sled, same location, same distance from measuring point.

I love as hoping so for mine, but was not able too. At least one mine was t. factory.Plus I guarantee the stock gasket can be reused a few times too..
Wondering if silicone would hold up. We the Right Stuff black on the headers of our drag car motors. Not gaskets to blow out. Friend has motor that is over 1400 hp With nitrous in a top sportsman car. No issues.
