I think I shared this on a FB group but have not shared here. I wanted some storage but didnt care for what was offered so I came up with this idea. Have loops and straps incase its packed full but I never needed to strap it down last year. Velcro is amazing. I can haul the necessities while I am hauling #*$&@....spare belt, jumper cables, tools...etc, day/night goggles and even enough room incase I overdress or want to ride and pack a day or two of clothes. Hit the motel, grab the bag and take it with. A simple assualt pack and a little creativity.

I basically did the same thing on my Yamaha fj09 road bike.... worked out well. Works on the sled even nicer.

Looks great, just be careful about the weight in the bag. I ended up dishing the top of my tunnel with 10# worth of stuff in the official large tunnel pack while pounding down a nasty trail. The issue was that 2 square tubes under the tunnel really don't tie into anything at the back. I made an aluminum brace that goes across the back and ties those tubes to bumper as well as adding extra tie down holes.

I put 2000 miles on last year and it worked great!
