So last week in the U.P. we were riding along for an hour or so. Stopped at a stop sign outside Mass city for a break. After sitting there 10 minutes or so my viper wouldn't start. The oil light was on and a code flashed but honestly can't remember what the number was. We took panels off, checked oil.....it was perfect. Several attempts and still nothing. Luckily i'm not a complete moron so I decided to try and unhook the battery to reset the computer. As soon as I tightened the battery back up, I hit the key and it fired right up. No code. No warning light. Never happened before or happened again. Not sure why this happened but for all those that read this remember........don't panic....rebooting the computer will almost always fix these weird quirks we experience with these sleds. I've had similar issues on my Attak and my Nytro.

Believe it or not it has happened to my truck 3 times since new. Sometimes factory security system gets confused at startup and will shut it down. Will fire and then die all day long. Disconnect battery and good for a year or so. Bull but is what it is. As long as you know.....Thanks for reminder Burnzy
