Wanted: Bender Turbo Installation Manual

Just wondering if anybody here has a .pdf or similar copy of the installation guide for Bender turbo systems...

I have one for the MCXpress kit, but nothing for the Bender.

If you have a copy, please post the link where I can get it or email it directly to me.
