I agree with the yamaheaters with boost answer....your hands will smoke. But I also find that if your gloves are too good (thick), that it may take longer for the heat to penetrate the gloves and keep your hands warm. I really don't use that thick of glove, in fact if riding in warmer weather, I use a motorcycle glove. Only down side would be if your grips failed. I guess you cold carry some mitts in your trunk, just in case

Get the gloves,you cant go wrong.i have the new Castle X headed gloves,they are sweet!.when we stop,i take my gloves off.i want the gloves to be warm when i put them back on.my warmers work great,i just dont like cold gloves or cold hands.why not have both.i know guys with headed vests,bibs,socks and boots.next there will be heated helmets.being warm in the cold is a good thing.
