Hey guys have a 05 warrior with filter kit and some clutching. Just purchased it lately took it out for a rip and noticed a low speed stumble not a bog but more of a hesitation. you can hear it in the exhaust note and it seems to be a around 2-4k rpms and I notice it when Im on the throttle hard at said rpm? This only lasts maybe 3-4 seconds and clears up and then she screams. anyone? sounds maybe like air fuel mixture?

Where is the belt riding in the secondary clutch, when the sled is turned off? If it's down in the clutch a little? If so, this will cause the low end hesitation.

my belt is just a little inside from flush, maybe like 32nd of an inch?

Adjust the secondary clutch by adding small washers to on the backside under the three screws.. I went to the hardware and bought various thickness washers. I would add the right size washers, to raise the belt about 1/16 above the clutch and see if that takes care of the problem..
