I put my first 500 miles on the Warrior and I can honestly say that Yamaha finally makes a suspension that works! This thing sucked up the bumps like they were not even there. I rode a rev 600 shorty as well as a renegade 136" 800, and the warrior rode better than both of them. Don't get me wrong, the renegade ate up the bumps just as well but gives you a very swoopy feeling where the warrior makes it like they don't even exhist. The front end did not feel heavy at all. I believe it needs a little more ski pressure but not much. I didn't make any adjustments this trip because I wanted the shocks and springs to break in before making adjustments. The warrior does not like to turn well in the grass, but in the snow, it was totally different.

That's good to hear , I've been on some rough terrain ,but not enough to say for sure . Also , I've learned to ride the sled on tighter /slow trails and actually it's a pleasure . The key : never let off the gas, the throttle controls the sled ,kinda like a dirt bike with positive engagement . It's good.

I found that the more you keep on the gas the better it handles.. Doesnt make sense but works....
The sled works better if it teater toters on the center shock.. let off the gas into a corner and the skis stay planted they hit the gas and they come off the ground and lean out of the corner!!
