My neighbour was never into the Lewis hill before so I took him for a look across the hill's out to camp 38 trail and back the rail bed.We traveled 280km for the day and stop for a boil up.
At the first shelter SS

then boil up
At 38 shelter on the way home it was 15C when we got here, T shirt time it was a great day,he totally liked his first trip o the hills.

How rough were the trails getting there? I was out on saturday and it was t-shirt weather then too. Came home with a sunburn
