Weight of 2020 Models

Can somebody direct me to a where I can find the ACTUAL weight of my 2020 sidewinder?
2020 Yamaha Sidewinder S-TX GT Touring (SW1NSLR)

The ACTUAL weight doesn't appear in the owners manual, or the service manual.

You are worried about weight on a touring?

Well the LTX-LE back in 17 was around 675-680 full of fuel as I recall. I'm sure a touring model is going to add about 30-50 lbs maybe more as they weigh a whole bunch. You probably don't want to know what it really weighs.

I doubt you'll find any actual weights on it as the only ones that were weighing them full of fuel and fluids was American Snowmobiler, and they ceased publication. I've never seen them test any touring models in real world testing either.

there is a weight listed on the certificate of origin...shipping weight is 590 pounds. Not sure if that's an accurate weight but that's what is listed for my STX-GT. If you find another weight or put it on a scale...please post. Joe

My 2020 LTX-GT states 580, sounds like DRY weight. Might as well round her off at 700, depending how dry it was .

the 700 pound range sounds about right...its a tad bit lighter than the venture tf from what I can tell.

My buddies 2020 137 Thunder Cat just over 1/2 tank fuel weight was 652 lbs if that helps

O'k Thanks for your comments. I'm just looking at lifts and 2 place trailers. My touring ATV weights 798 lbs (dry). I guess I can assume the ATV and the sled weigh almost the same. I'll test the ice next season with the snowmobile first
