It looks like you have one more line to go. I have an 05 vector with the same skid and I can pull the skis without or without 144 studs. You can also remove the nylon washer to get more transfer. However, try these other things first:
Set torsion springs to M
Set limiter strap to top hole (longest length)
Crank up the center spring
Add some air pressure to the front shocks.
You want to make sure that your sled is not nosediving when you are sitting on it. It should be level to slightly nose high.
Just a few other notes on weight transfer with this skid. If you dial in more, the skis will get light when snapping it out of turns which could get you into trouble. Also, more transfer will provide a smoother ride, but at the risk of more bottoming and stressing the front W-arm.
On my Vector, I run M torsion springs, 1 bar of transfer (2 bars showing), longest limiter strap, sled level with me sitting on it at idle. (I also run my anti-bottoming straps at medium and my rear Ohlin shock at highest compression dampening. You might want to consider buying the anti-bottoming stoppers so you can run less torsion spring preload without the risk of excessive bottoming)
The next thing is to find some hard-packed snow because no matter what you do, the engine you have will spin the track on loose ground!
Also, check out my post from a while back regarding a quick adjuster for theose transfer nuts...

Finally, for all you 07 RTX guys, you should start searching the RS forum for hints on all these things... In 2005, the Vectors were the first sled to have this suspension. (The only major differences were the shocks and springs) Many creative TY Members have spent the past 3 seasons solving all these problems. So, if you search the RS Forum, you may already find more info than you'll get on the Apex forum. FYI...
