welding on bung fitting

ordered the dynotune afr guage , weld on bung comes
steel or stainless steel , which one will weld to stock
exhaust or should i get the titanium one from mpi.
also what type of welder is needed.

Go with the same material as your manifold, stainless?... TIG would be ideal, MIG "might" work if the operator is good.
