Were the changes to 09 Nytro MTX worth paying a lot more $$

That's kinda cool. Go buy a lottery ticket!

so the only 08-09 change was the shocks, noting else? no running board refinements or front suspension changes at all? heck maybe ill pick up a leftover if thats the case.

Same GREAT SLED!!!! Just el-cheapo for those that waited. I paid around $10,000 for the 40th Ann. You guys are gonna get smoking deals!!!!!

in talking with teh reps at the Expo in West, the ONLY differences are the suspension stuff already mentioned...

this subframe rumor stuff seems to be a recurring rumor...

only my humble opinion, but buying now vs. 09 models is MORE than worth it!!! as you can BLING them out with suspension and ALL kinds of other stuff for the same sled just a year newer and the same money!!!

So for me, it was a no brainer...bought the 08 anniversary, and slapped on timbersled rear and front for same price others have paid for the nytro anniversary earlier...

oh and mine is 50lbs. lighter with just those two things done...now have mine up to 80+ pounds lighter than stock....

Now here's an AMAZING coincidence!!!! My nytro mtx w/o reverse came from Denver in December. My Dad's nytro mtx w/o reverse was the one mentioned above in Oregon. He just got it last week. I could not believe it, but our VIN numbers are identical, except his very last digit is a 3 and mine is a 4. So I take it they were built one behind the other on the assembly line, one shipped to Colorado and the other to Oregon. Now they are re-united to members of the same family in Idaho. What are the chances of that?

that gave me a tear to my eye :moon:
