Replaced my YUSA with another from Royal! No regrets! -40 and it starts like magic!

Does anyone know if using a lightweight or smaller battery can affect some of the other electric stuff on the sled? Reduce lifetime of stator ?
Just curious

Should be fine.
One thing that you don't want to do, is continue to hold the key over to the "start" position if the battery doesn't have enough CAA to crank the engine over or "starter stalls". If its for just a few seconds its not usually an issue. However if the key is held over to start for longer periods of time, it can be hard on starter motors.
