Just taking a stab at it but looks like its meant to have something plugged into it as some time or another. Good luck finding the other half? In all serious though I have no idea!

It’s really strange. Everything seems to work fine. I thought maybe accessory plugs of some sort but I’m not really sure to be honest.

What are 'these'?
If you are refering to the black wire connecting blocks, they are just there to complete wire circuits. They connect the same color wires. They used to do this inside the harness
