Use oil dye and a UV light. It helps. If it is in the waterpump I can help.

After further consideration (ie looking at this photo), they also appear to be too small of diameter as dowel holes appear to be larger then his pins.

They could possibly be #12 on the primary clutch parts fiche. That holds the sliders #10 & 11 in place.
