I have never in any of my vehicles some almost 10 years old changed the coolant if it looks ok and is clean. Never have had a problem in 34 years. I must be lucky or its just really not needed. I also check to see the temp where its good at and leave her be. I too added a whole bottle of water wetter it cant hurt.

Changed my warriors last season and noticed it ran alot cooler.Tested the old coolant and it was 100% pure glycol.

I added the whole dang bottle of Water Wetter into my Attak when I added it. Hurts nothing, only helps lower operating temps.
My MTX is pretty new and I've not gotten around to draining some coolant sufficient to adding the Water Wetter. But on that thought, i hope it's not 100% coolant like some have been. By the 2010 model year ya think Yamaha figured out to quit shipping them over loaded with 100% coolant and no water? Coolant is kind of pricey (more so than distilled water anyways), so I'm suprised they weren't a little more judicious in using more coolant than needed.
