What gears are in each model and year apex?

I want to know what gears are in each model and year apex? I have an '06 RTX and '06 ER. What stock gears are in them? It would be nice if someone could compose a list for all of the apex's and put it in the FAQ section that could be stickied. Any other differences besides cosmetics and shocks between the apex RTX and ER? Thanks!

22/38 came in the 07 to current RTX
