What gram heavy hitters setup should I order for a warrior?
48 gram hitters. Also order either a 54/42 dalton or a 48/40 advantedge helix & a silver secondary spring. I like the 15 mm rollers to with either set up compared to the 15.6 ones that come stock. e-mail me for weighting em up specs.

HH setup
Put long & short allen, 7/16 bolt and steel washer in each hole total weight 63.7 with 48.6 gram weights. Should pull 10,200 to 10,300 with silver set at 6-1, with the Dalton helix.

I found a 51.0g HH setup for $100. Would I be able to utilize this or am I better off getting the 48 gram setup?

Yes. Same profile. I'm not sure how the extra weight is distributed though. My buddy is using them, bu I haven't really checked them out.
