What happened to the Track Howl thread ?

Where is the thread about Track Howl ? It was about 10-12 pages with lots of info about what was tried to fix it . I am attempting to reference it to a friend that has the same issue. I even tried the Google search with no luck. I know it was here this past weekend. Thanx
