changed oil on my 07 attak level was perfect on the full mark, drove it approx 1000 kms now had to add just over 1/2 a liter, is this normal or something i should take to the dealer....anybody elses sleds go down??i still have warranty left...

This is Bizzare, I just replaced my oil and put on 2000 Kms of hard driving and I am down one litre.
Oil light actually came on. (total of 8000 Kms on a 2007 GT)

My Apex used no oil in 3300 km last year.

ya i checked it properly...ran it for 10-15 min then let it sit and checked it....i used 3.5L with the filter, was right at full...havent checked it in a bit so i did this morning...let it run to warm up 10 min then let it sit...wasn't even on the dipstick...added .5L and now its close to full

check the oil when you get back from riding, every time you check it. The oil level varies greatly if its too cold or if the sled hasnt been run long enough. That is why I always check when I get back from a ride

Believ proper checking is likely the key. My 03 RX1 burned a litre every 1200 km ( 750 miles). If you overfilled the 1st year RXs it often resulted in them burning some oil. My attak has never burned any in the 1st 2 years & I averaged 2200 miles each year.
